I will bring you home.
“I will bring you home….I will restore your fortunes before your very eyes.” -Zephaniah 3:20
We arrived at my sister and brother-in-law’s home Monday night and have been lavished with hugs and kisses, a wonderful homecoming meal, and more “firsts”.
Our “welcome home” from our two nieces has included tons of cuddles, bubble gum love offerings, baking muffins together, eating pizza, splitting “extra sprinkle-y” donuts, going to a swim meet, playing a rousing game of “chicken” (see above photo), and tickles. What more could we ask for? We are so grateful.
Returning home to the people and place we call home is a gift we treasure.
We continue to do our brain retraining and to aim towards complete healing! I met with my Cleveland Clinic doctor virtually today, and had an inspiring and informative meeting with him, as usual.
With grateful hearts,
Mariah and Travis
