Great progress!

Friends,

We have another great report to give you!

My DNRS (Dynamic Neural Retraining System) retraining is going superbly! We are very encouraged by the progress that I have been making.  In just six short weeks I have added around 35 new foods, driven more by myself, walked further by myself on daily walks, dreamed more about the future, and have noticed that my body is more calm than it has been in years.  It is amazing.

It is an incredible amount of work, but it will not be like this forever.  Limbic system retraining is not unlike any other form of physical training – grueling at first, but then pleasant, and even fun once you are in shape.  I am six weeks into my six month period of training and we have already witnessed so many good things in my body and life!  Can you imagine what I will be like in six months? Go ahead and imagine!  I am!

My Cleveland Clinic physician and my DNRS coach are both very encouraged by my progress. I am so grateful for their insight and help on my journey to wellness.  God has given us an incredible support system to navigate through the seas of health over the past 13 years.  We are so very thankful for them and for you!

Travis has also been using the DNRS retraining steps to retrain his brain and body in regards to chronic back pain and chronic canker sores that he has had since childhood.  Pain is felt in the brain and can be greatly reduced, and even overcome, through brain rewiring.  We have seen glimmers of improvement in his body and he has only done the steps here and there, not even an hour per day.  Again, we are encouraged and very hopeful, that even with a bit of training we have seen health return to his body as well.

Rejoice with us in this good news, Friends!  It has lightened our hearts and put a spring in our step!

Go ahead! Imagine me vivaciously healthy.  It will happen and you will be the witnesses!

For fun, here is a picture of me with a beloved banana.  I eat bananas now. And blueberries. And flax seeds. The list goes on!

With happy and hopeful hearts,

Mariah and Travis
